All photographs, video, text and graphics on this site are owned by HercShotThat or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may view and share links to this site, but you may not download, copy, edit, republish or use any image (including for AI training) without written permission.

Licensing and press

To license an image for editorial, commercial or personal use, email Hercshotthat@gmail.com with the image, the intended use and the timeframe.

Booking requests

Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A shoot is confirmed only once we have agreed on the scope and fee in writing and any required deposit has been received. The specific terms for each shoot (deliverables, usage rights, cancellation and rescheduling) are set out in that agreement.

People in our photos

Images of public figures and events are shared as portfolio and editorial work. If you appear in an image and would like it reviewed, contact us and we will respond promptly.

Third-party links

This site links to other services such as Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
